One of the great producers in Ecuador is back on the list for a very limited time!
We have 10 kilos of his SL-28 that we commissioned in our favorite "hybrid washed" method! To start he placed the the cherries in a closed plastic tank for a 72-hour fermentation period. After this time, the coffee was pulped and fermented for 24 hours before washing it.
The results yielded a round coffee with lemon candy, hibiscus and cherry notes! Available only as a filter roast!
