Our long-time partners in Tanzania are back on the list once again, this time a fantastic natural SL-28!

We have always loved the coffees being produced by Neel and the Finagro/Edelweiss team and believe they are a great display of what Tanzanian coffees are all about!

For this lot of SL-28, various fermentations were trialed. The coffee was found to be very versatile to many different treatments. The final decision was to pre-ferment the coffee for 3 days then finish it as a natural.

The result is a sweet cup with notes of red grape, lemonade and grenadine!
