Hybrid washed Montecristo!

We have been working with Gonzalo Hernandez for quite some time now and we are always thrilled to receive offerings from his wide range of exotic coffee varieties in Biolley. The farm, Coffea Diversa, is a known as a coffee garden because of these excotic varieties grown by Gonzalo and his team.

Montecristo is a natural hybrid between the Bourbon and Typica varieties. Gonzalo processed this one as a hybrid washed consisting of an initial fermentation before getting washed and dried.

Available only as a filter roast due to limited quantities! Tasting like dried figs, milk chocolate, and berries with a sticky mouthfeel!
